Overview By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our store is operated by TRCHB, a nonprofit organization providing equine-assisted therapy for individuals with disabilities.
Purchases & Payment All prices are in USD. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments.
Charitable Purpose 100% of proceeds from product sales benefit TRCHB's therapeutic riding programs. Purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable donations unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Pickup Shipping costs for saddles and large items are calculated after purchase and confirmed with you before shipment. Local pickup is available for buyers in the South Bay or Orange County areas.
All Sales Final As stated in our Return Policy, all sales are final. Items are vintage and one-of-a-kind.
Limitation of Liability TRCHB is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
