All Sales Are Final Because our items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces and all proceeds directly benefit the Therapeutic Riding Center of Huntington Beach (TRCHB), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Item Condition We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with its age and vintage nature. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kathy@TRCHB.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Saddle & Large Item Purchases Shipping costs for saddles and large tack items are determined after purchase based on your location. These will be communicated to you before shipment. Local pickup is available and encouraged for buyers in the South Bay or Orange County areas.
